biggest loser!!

ok so here's how today went. one of the girls quit today. kelly. which is great! karma will come and bite you in the butt. she came up with this rule about how if you're late for a workout (mwf) and you don't call, you get 5 pounds added to your weightloss total and we all agreed with this rule. well this is the second friday in a row where she didn't call or show up..so she had 10 pounds added. she got ticked at justin cuz he told her that and she said 'fine i quit' and hung up the phone. too bad so sad *L* buh bye. so i'm in the final 4! i also was the winner this week with weight loss. i lost 6.5 pounds. so my total since i started is 20.5 pounds gone. WOO HOO!

pictures

i've decided to do some pictures. before, during, and after shots of my 12 weeks. this first one is the "glamour shots" picture.


i'm going to try to take a recent picture later on.

i was home today with strep throat so i didn't go in to work out but i did
my "biggest loser" workout dvd with bob the trainer. holy crap! so i am a wuss
or really not feeling good. i did 15 minutes of the actual work out, i did the5 minute warm up and a 5 minute cool down for a total of 25 minutes. i'm sweating
more in that 25 minutes than i have ever sweat at the gym. they have boot camp
next week and i can't go because i'm working, but they have a boot camp thing on
this dvd that i'm going to do (assuming i'm not eliminated next week) that should be hard to do. maybe i'll start doing it this week along with the other work outs i'm doing. man i am just sweating *L* well that's it for now.

5k walk tomorrow..

i'm nervous about finding the place more than i am about the walk. and what should i wear? my work out clothes or should i wear jeans? ok..jogging pants and a sweatshirt/tshirt combo. i'll have to pack my back pack tonight. i'm going to bring my camera and water...what else do i need? bandaids? *L* ok..i should just go to bed. i'll let you know how it goes tomorrow.

guess what!!!??!!

I RAN!! today at my cardio session...i was walking on the treadmill and all of a sudden i kicked it up to 4.2 and i started running. it was probably for 40 seconds, but I RAN!! and the whole time in my head i was thinking...holy crap i'm running!!
was a good feeling. then i stopped and started walking again and was out of breath LOL! but ..I RAN!!!

today went ok. i gained 2 pounds but lost 6.5% body fat this week...whatever that means. and also, i'm still in the game. i didn't get cut. woo hoo!

workout..

i got up this morning to go walking on the treadmill. 45 minutes. came home. took a shower. and now i'm sitting here with 40 minutes to spare before i have to go to work...drinking a cup of coffee and eating my 'triple threat' power bar. tomorrow is elimination day so i need to just stick to the program. i'm worried about it a little but ya know what..if i am eliminated...there's nothing i can do about it.

friday...

i have this odd feeling i'll be eliminated on friday. i skipped my workout on monday because i moved and it was too much. i didn't gain any weight but i'm sure i didn't lose any. i went to my workout this morning and was basically made to feel like crap because mr. trainer man didn't get my message until half way through the workout. is that my fault he didn't check messages when he got in in the morning..cuz the dude gets in at 4am. no it is not. i called the night before at a decent time. so, if i am eliminated friday, i'll let you know. it goes by weight.
i'm planning on doing my workouts and stuff until then, but we'll see what friday brings. at least i can still go to the gym. that i'll still do.
