it's a lovely endorphine filled morning here at camp fatty be gone! i'm sitting here eating my protein bar and having some coffee (yay!!) and i have a tip for some crunches for you!! lay on the floor and cross your leg. put your hands behind your head and do 20 crunches to one side (towards your knee) then switch and do the other side for 20. when you are done with that, lay down and bend your knees and put your hands palm side down at your sides and do 20 more crunches. you only want to go up a little bit...don't do a complete sit up or you're doing it wrong.
