i feel really discouraged today. I went in for my workout/training and i feel like
i did crappy. then we got the chance to weigh in today. i lost a pound. ONE POUND. what's that about? i've been busting my butt trying to do this stupid thing, getting up at 4 in the morning to workout, trying my hardest and i lose a pound. great...let's keep that up and see if in 2015 i can be a good size. i'm not going to quit, but i don't feel as good today as i did the other times when i got done working out.
