so i weighed in today and discovered since i've started weight watchers on wednesday, i'm down 5 pounds! from wednesday! now imagine what i could do if i added actual exercise to that!! gonna test that out this week. by next week, i should need new pants hahah.

Good for you! :) Congratulations. Yeah, I like Monday weigh-ins better anyway. It keeps my weekends in check and it's just the "start of the week" for me. Do you know how to change your weigh-in day in the WW online thingie? if not, email me and I'll show you where to go. :)
Wow! That's great! B vitamins are a good choice as they give you energy and if they have C in them too that's good (keeps you regular LOL). But, if you don't want to do that a one a day multiple vitamin is helpful too. I like water so I drink a lot of it but a hint I have would be to drink a glass before and after every meal and at bedtime. Good going Jenny!
