tomorrow.....
ok i'm better now. bday is tomorrow and i'm spending it with family. i'm excited to have my favorite meal of pinto beans, rice and cheese. mmmmmm. also...my niece and nephew are going to be there and i can't wait to see them. it'll be a great birthday! saturday night i'm going out with casey so that should be fun too.
looking forward to changing somethings about myself and working towards some goals.

so every time this year i always get a little sad about my birthday. i keep getting older and further away from what i had imagined my life to be like. so...pardon me for a while until the birthday passes and then i'll be on the track to christmas.

this is the cutest thing i've seen in a while. this little girl learned this song in english, a language she doesn't speak.

i have to report that Herman the fly is no longer with us. *L*
so, i have to say that on occasion you find a couple of really good friends online and then some of them go off and have babies and they sort of adopt you as their kid's aunt. Well, i have one of the best little internet nieces!! She's turning 2 on Thursday. i think I've mentioned her before. When i was a nanny, i watched a little girl named kylin. Well this little girl was born the day before kylin and her mom named her kyla. We use to compare babies lol. Anyway, kyla's mom (Amanda) made a movie of her singing a Laurie berkner song (i LOVE Laurie... www.twotomatoes.com) (or www.noggin.com) and i think she is so freakin cute singing it (kyla, not Laurie haha) so go to www.bittersweetreality.net and check out kyla singing :)

Shake it like a Polaroid picture
So on top of my real job, i got a part time job working at sears portrait studio.
it's something I've wanted to learn how to do. And man am i learning. I'm learning that it's hard to remember crap! My training consists of 30 hours of watching a computer screen to learn about my job, on the job training (way to push me into showing pictures on my first day *L* smart) and then learning the camera. It's so much to learn but I'll learn it. it may take me 9 years to learn, but I'm not giving up. i think people are annoyed with my question asking but i need to learn.
i like it so far, i hope that continues.

my august post!
HI AMY.........just givin you a holla!
what's up internet?! been a while again since i posted. have a lot to say but so little time.
i'll start with the kids. owen and hali.
owen is so fun and does all kinds of fun things! his favorite thing to do right now is anything trains. he loves them. hali is beginning to smile and laugh. she just turned 2 months.
my job is very challenging. not sure how much i like it but they sure like me for some reason. probably i'm the only one who can handle the kids in my class. i was off for 2 days ..........sanity vacation, and while i was gone, they broke a bunch of stuff and made 2 subs cry. CRY!! and people wonder why i'm stressed and talk about change a lot *L*
anyway, i'm off to the job i work at. i hope everyone has a good friday!
